HOW IT WORKS ?

Step 1 : Submitting a Ticket

  1. Navigate to the Ticket & Grievance section in the HubSched dashboard.
  2. Click on “Create New Ticket” and select the issue category.
  3. Provide details such as the issue description, attachments (if applicable), and preferred resolution.
  4. Click “Submit” to generate a ticket ID.

Step 2 : Tracking & Managing Tickets

  • View submitted tickets in the “Ticket & Grievance” section.
  • Check the ticket status: Open, In Progress, Resolved, or Escalated.
  • Click on a ticket to communicate with support or provide additional information.
